Adam was a fun and professional hero of HVAC wizardry. Our commercial rooftop unit has been a reoccurring issue for multiple seasons. It has a treacherous access that many others were fearful to traverse. Where others have tried and failed, Adam excelled and went above and beyond to assure us that the job was done with professionalism and fixed a problem where others have only offered a bandaid. You sir, deserve a raise and a puppy! Thanks for being the brave HVAC rockstar you are!

James M. was the absolutely the best. He was so incredibly professional, thorough and helped walk me through my boiler system in a very clear and understandable manner. He was courteous and so personable. He represented Rolls Mechanical in the best possible way.
John Scroggins was my technician today an he was very professional an fixed the issue when we were out of heat for 2 an 1/2 days. Highy recommend.
Communication is an integral part of every successful establishment. You showed up, decided that the rep Austin conveyed the wrong information, said you would get back to me in a couple of hours, then I called back after 7 hours. The rep said let me transfer you to one of our electricians. I left a voicemail. Waited for 3 days with no call back. Your 4.9 rating is false. Its okay to get friends and family members to leave you 5 star reviews but now its time to change that in accordance with a more accurate reflection of your company's competence and reflection!!!
