2026 Apprenticeship Program Information
This is a three-year paid apprenticeship program combining hands-on, on-the-job training alongside journeymen and master-level technicians with structured classroom instruction, online and digital coursework, and industry-leading vendor training. Apprentices receive performance- and training-based raises throughout the program, with the goal of developing highly skilled, confident professionals who are prepared for a lifelong career in the skilled trades.
We anticipate accepting approximately 5-10 HVAC apprentices during this application period. Individuals interested in other trades are asked to wait to apply, plumbing & electrical apprenticeships will be offered later in 2026.
