Rolls Mechanical began in 1994, when James Rolls launched the business from his basement: with one truck, one technician, and zero shortcuts. He built trust the hard way: by taking on tough jobs, working for free when needed, and always doing the job right. In 2016, his daughter Karly joined the business. Together, they grew the company without losing sight of what made it strong: hard work, straight answers, and people-first values. Today, Rolls Mechanical is one of Michigan’s most respected mechanical contractors, while still being a family owned and operated shop! Leaders answer the phones. Apprentices get hands-on mentorship. And every job, big or small, is a chance to prove why the best is personal.

We don’t just follow safety standards, we set them. Every Rolls Mechanical tech is OSHA 10 certified at minimum, with many carrying OSHA 30 and additional site-specific credentials.  We’re fully licensed, fully insured, and committed to proactive jobsite safety… no exceptions. From PPE protocols to detailed pre-task planning, we don’t take shortcuts. Because real professionalism means keeping our people, partners, and customers protected.
