Rooted in integrity, respect, service, and legacy, our mission is simple: to strengthen communities by investing in people. The Rolls Foundation has grown into a force for good, supporting employee families, funding skilled trades education, and proving that when we care deeply, we can change lives. While this is our foundation, we will not stop here. The level of impact we hope to have with The Rolls Foundation has no limit.
When we care personally, act humbly, and give generously, we create ripple effects that last for generations.
We do this through three main initiatives designed to create opportunity and lasting impact: Community Giving, Skilled Trades Scholarships, and The Rolls Team Academic Scholarship.

The Rolls Family Scholarship celebrates this spirit by investing in the dreams of the next generation of Rolls families. This scholarship is open to students pursuing higher education – whether at a university, community college, or trade school – who are either a current Rolls Mechanical employee or a relative of one.
